More than 30 dancers across generations take the Esplanade stage for Omkar Arts' free Indian dance showcase, from bharathanatyam to film-flavoured fusion.
More than 30 dancers from different generations share one stage in Samyojana – Amalgamation, a dance showcase by Omkar Arts. The programme is Indian dance across the board: traditional bharathanatyam pieces, semi-classical items drawn from films, and Omkar's own fusion numbers. Classical footing on one side, cinema melodies on the other, all in the same sitting.
It runs Sunday 22 November 2026, 7pm to 9.30pm, at the DBS Foundation Outdoor Theatre at Esplanade, 1 Esplanade Drive. Entry is free, which makes it an easy one to jio the friend who keeps saying they want to see more dance. Turn up, find a spot, stay for as much of the run as you like.
