Owen Li has won awards for his vocal arrangements, and this workshop is a chance to hear how he builds them. The range runs from three-part harmony to full a cappella with bass and vocal percussion, with breakdowns and demonstrations along the way rather than a straight sit-and-listen. He talks through the reasoning and the musical ideas behind each choice, which is the part you rarely get from a finished recording.
