Bedok Library's Level 3 children's section hosts a pop-up booth on Saturday 24 October, running 11am to 2pm, to publicise Early READ Fiesta 2026/2027 ahead of the main event. It is pitched squarely at the smallest readers — babies under one, toddlers, preschoolers — along with the parents who bring them, and it is run in English.
