小小书迷俱乐部 is run by 新加坡华文教育学会 and meets at Bishan Library, with two age bands in mind: preschoolers from 4 to 6, and older readers from 7 to 12. Everything happens in Chinese, which makes the hour a decent workout for kids already holding some of the language. Parents are named in the audience as well, so it is not strictly a drop-off.
