A full day of music, tours and workshops at Esplanade for lower primary students, 19–21 May 2026, S$30.
Three mornings in May turn the DBS Foundation Outdoor Theatre at Esplanade into a classroom with a soundtrack. Day Out! @ Esplanade runs 19–21 May 2026 (Tue–Thu) for lower primary students, with Singapore act KULCHA performing on traditional instruments from different cultures. The programme also folds in a dramatised tour of the Esplanade Concert Hall and a vocal music workshop led by soprano Akiko Otao.
Sessions begin at 9.30am and run 2h 30min, all in English, with admission from age 7. The stated audience is schools, so this is one for teachers sorting a term outing rather than a weekend jaunt — S$30 a head at 1 Esplanade Drive. The wider programme continues at Esplanade until 30 Oct 2026, though the May edition is the lower-primary one set out here.
