Rishi Budhrani and K.P. Sandhu turn their real Bollywood ambitions into a two-person drama-comedy at the Esplanade Recital Studio.
Rishi Budhrani and K.P. Sandhu are both Singaporeans who set out to become stars in Bollywood, and this two-person show is built on what actually happened to them along the way. Budhrani is a stand-up comedian, Sandhu a host; on stage they work in both drama and comedy, with music in the mix. It's an Esplanade Commission, and the audience is in on it rather than sitting quietly at the edge.
Two performances: Fri 27 Nov at 8pm, and Sat 28 Nov, at the Esplanade Recital Studio on Esplanade Drive. The show runs 1h 15min, tickets are S$50, and admission is 16 and above.
