Paper quilling takes over Ci Yuan CC's Room 2A for two hours on Thursday 22 Oct, 2pm to 4pm — strips, coils and all.
Paper quilling is one of those crafts that looks fiddly from a distance and turns out surprisingly meditative once your fingers find the rhythm — narrow strips wound, pinched and glued into coils that build into shapes. The session runs as AAC Paper Quilling at Ci Yuan CC, listed under Ang Mo Kio-Hougang CCC, and it fills a Thursday afternoon rather than your weekend.
It runs 2pm to 4pm on Thursday 22 Oct 2026 — a clean two-hour block, which is about the right length for a craft that rewards slow hands. The room is Ci Yuan CC Room 2A on level 4, so head up when you arrive. If Thursday afternoons are usually dead time in your week, this is a decent reason to leave the flat.
