Tampines Changkat C2E - CPR(HO)+AED COURSE

CPR and AED skills, taught over four hours at Tampines Changkat CC. The course covers CPR and the use of an automated external defibrillator, run under the community's C2E banner — the kind of training most people mean to do one day and keep putting off. Here is a date on the calendar to actually do it.

It runs Friday 23 October 2026, 2pm to 6pm, in Activity Room 1 at the community club, so block out the full afternoon rather than squeezing it between other errands.
