This isn't your neighbourhood plant swap. The Plantsman's Fair brings the green thumbs of Gardens by the Bay's own horticulturists to the Ficus Room at Active Garden, where they'll be selling plants they've grown themselves. It's a rare chance to take home something nurtured by the people who keep the city in bloom — and to pick their brains on keeping it alive once it's on your shelf.
The fair runs from 10.00am to 5.00pm on Saturday 22 August 2026, so you can swing by after a morning stroll through the Gardens. Entry is free, though taking a plant home might cost you a bit. Note that tripods and camera stands aren't allowed in Floral Fantasy, and if you're cycling to Marina Barrage, you'll need to take a detour around Bay South Garden's perimeter due to bridge works — pedestrians can still use the Waterfront Promenade with a small diversion.
