Paper Quilling Art Workshop

Paper quilling is one of those crafts that looks fiddly and turns out meditative: narrow strips of paper rolled, pinched and glued into coils that build into patterns and shapes. This session at Hougang Zone 4 RN Centre gives it a full afternoon — five hours, from 1pm to 6pm on Monday 26 October 2026, which is more room than a quick taster class usually allows.

It runs in a Residents' Network Centre in Hougang, so it's a neighbourhood affair rather than a city studio trip. Block out the whole afternoon rather than squeezing it between errands, since the session runs right through to 6pm.
