Not A Clarinet Choir returns with a second Journals from Japan, playing anime, film and game music from Pokémon to Frieren at the Esplanade.
The second instalment of Not A Clarinet Choir's Journals from Japan series lands at the Esplanade Recital Studio, with the Singapore-based performers drawing their programme from Japanese pop, anime, film and video game music. Music from Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire & Emerald is on the bill, as is music from Frieren: Beyond Journey's End — a lineup that reads like a shortcut through two decades of soundtracks you already know by ear.
