Maju Forest has a tree known as the Dinosaur Tree, and on 7 October a walk heads out to see it. Those on the walk can also pick a tree of their own, one that matters to them, and fold that into the morning. It is framed as co-creating memories in 2026 through a forest on Pulau Ujong.
It runs 9.30am to 12.30pm on Wednesday 7 Oct 2026, and it costs nothing. People of all ages and body types are welcome, from anywhere on Pulau Ujong, with one requirement: you must be able to walk on your own. Three hours, no charge, and a tree at the end of it — one that already has a name, or one you give meaning to yourself.
