Catholic High's Music Elective Programme students take over the National Library lobby with a recital split into old, new and borrowed material.
Catholic High School's Music Elective Programme brings its students to the National Library Building for a recital on Thursday 22 October 2026. The programme is grouped into old, new and borrowed material — three strands across one sitting, played in English. It runs 6.30pm to 8.15pm, so you're out the door well before the last train squeeze.
CAL sits at the National Library Building, in the Level 1 lobby, which makes for an easy post-work or post-dinner stop in the Civic District. The stated audience spans teenagers (13–17) and adults (36–49), so it reads as a comfortable fit whether you're a student, a parent, or just someone who likes hearing a school ensemble stretch across a mixed set.
