Karaoke Session

A Saturday night with a microphone in your hand beats another one spent scrolling. Canberra Zone 8 RN is running a karaoke session at Blk 362 Sembawang Crescent on Sat 24 Oct, from 7pm through to 10pm — three hours to work through whatever is sitting in your songbook, from the ballad you only attempt after dark to the duet you have been rehearsing in the shower.

The whole session runs the full three hours, so you can turn up at 7pm sharp for the first number or slide in later once dinner is done. It is the kind of low-stakes, high-volume evening that gets the neighbours out of their flats and into the same room — jio the friend who never stops singing, or come on your own and let the chorus do the work.
