JC ZE - KAROAKE IG SESSION kicks off the week at Jurong Green CC on Mon 7 Sep, 9am. It's a karaoke session with an Instagram twist — sing your heart out, post the clip, repeat. Sign-ups close the same day, so if you've been meaning to unleash your inner diva, this is your cue.

Sit Down Exercises with Seniors at Naval Base Deck RN on Mon 7 Sep, 10–11.30am, is a gentle way to start the day. Whether you're a senior looking to keep moving or a younger family member joining in, these seated exercises are kind to joints and big on mood. Registration closes Mon 7 Sep.

Steampunk Workshop at Ci Yuan Community Club, Level 4 Multi-Purpose Room 1, runs Mon 7 Sep at 3pm. Expect goggles, gears and Victorian flair as you craft something wonderfully anachronistic. Ideal for creative types who like their hobbies with a side of brass. Sign-ups end Mon 7 Sep.

Chair Yoga at Yuhua Zone 4 RN on Wed 9 Sep, 9–11.30am, proves you don't need a mat to stretch and breathe. Perfect for office workers with tight shoulders or anyone who finds floor poses a struggle. Registration closes Wed 9 Sep — sign up before you sit down for another day of staring at screens.

Badminton Interest Group at Our Tampines Hub Community Auditorium (Level 3) on Wed 9 Sep, 7–10pm, is a casual drop-in session for players of all levels. Whether you're a seasoned smasher or just want to swing a racket after work, this is a relaxed way to get moving. Sign-ups close Wed 9 Sep.

Give Your Eyes A Break — A Digital Eye-Wellness Experience at Drama Centre, National Library Building, is free and happens in two sessions: Sat 12 Sep, 10am–12pm for parents with kids, and Mon 14 Sep, 9.30–11.30am for adults. Learn practical tips to ease screen strain and get hands-on with MyoFree. Registration closes Fri 4 Sep — earlier than the rest, so chope fast.

Photo Poster Project: Touch at Prinsep Gallery on Sat 12 Sep, 12–4pm, is a one-day exhibition exploring the theme of touch through photo posters. At S$65, it's a niche art outing for photography buffs who want something beyond the usual gallery hop. Sign-ups close Sat 5 Sep.

VIBES, a dance spectacle in the Flower Field Hall at Gardens By The Bay, dazzles on Sat 12 Sep at 7.20pm. Expect an immersive performance surrounded by flora — a date night idea that beats another dinner-and-movie combo. Tickets are S$68 and sign-ups close on Sat 12 Sep.

Quick reminder: deadlines vary. The eye-wellness workshop closes Fri 4 Sep, the photo project cuts off Sat 5 Sep, and the rest follow through the week. Inspect the list, pick your poison, and register before the clock runs out.
