Tai Chi For Healthy Longevity brings an hour of the slow, deliberate practice to Central Library at the National Library Building, with the session built around improving balance, building strength and building confidence. It is aimed at supporting a healthier and more active lifestyle, and it is conducted in English.
The session runs Monday 21 September 2026, 2pm to 3pm, in Programme Room 1 on Basement 1. It is open to adults aged 36 to 49 and seniors aged 50 and above. Practical note: the library sits right on top of Bugis MRT, so getting there is straightforward.
