Storytime at Bukit Panjang Library is a storytelling session for children, where little ones can gather for a short read-aloud adventure. It's a simple, lovely way to introduce preschoolers to the magic of books and listening — no screens, just a story and a roomful of young imaginations.
The programme runs for just half an hour, from 5.00pm to 5.30pm on Friday 28 August 2026, at the Stories Come Alive Room on Level 4 of Bukit Panjang Library. It's tailored for children aged 4 to 6, and while the little ones enjoy the tale, parents get a breather — or a chance to browse the shelves nearby. Best of all, it's free to join, so just roll up and settle in.
