Shards of My Life: Book Launch

Shards of My Life is a graphic memoir by 3Pumpkins that takes on youth mental health from the inside — a young person's point of view, told through comics and commentary. Self-harm, identity and the act of seeking help all sit on its pages. The book's wider ask is for readers to reconsider how young people are supported in school, in healthcare, in mentorship and in community settings.

The launch runs at Temasek Shophouse on Orchard Road on Friday 23 Oct 2026, from 3pm to 9pm. Six hours leaves room to come by when it suits you. If you work with young people, or you are one, this one is for you.
