A 30-minute storytime at Choa Chu Kang Library where 4- to 6-year-olds sing, rhyme and move along — all abilities welcome.
Stories go down better with a bit of noise, and Sensory Storytime at Choa Chu Kang Library is built for exactly that. Preschoolers aged 4 to 6 don't just listen — they take part, with singing, rhyming, music and movement folded into the session, and children of all abilities are welcome to join in. It's run in English, so little ones can follow along as they go.
It happens on Friday 16 October 2026, 3pm to 3.30pm, in Programme Room 1 on Level 4. Half an hour is about right for this age group — long enough to settle in, short enough that nobody's squirming by the end. Parents are welcome to stay, and the session is open to families with children with disabilities too, which makes it an easy pick for a Friday afternoon in the heartlands.
