A scratch night of movement, dance and physical theatre, with traditional tales retold by contemporary performers at the National Library.
Scratch-Easy V – Movement Shorts: Parables is a scratch night, so expect works in progress rather than a polished production. The programme spans movement, dance, physical theatre and play, with traditional stories handed to contemporary performers. Among the pieces: a fisherman struggling with the sea, and a fox moving between human and animal.
It runs on Thursday 15 Oct 2026, 7pm to 8.30pm, at CAL – National Library Building, in the Lobby on Level 1, and is performed in English. Admission is for ages 18 and up, across young adults, adults and seniors. Plenty of time after for supper in the area.
