Run for Inclusion 2026 heads to Bedok Reservoir on Saturday 7 November with three ways to take part: a 4K, an 8K, or a four-person relay for those who'd rather split the distance with friends. A blindfold run is part of the programme as well, which tells you where the emphasis sits — inclusive participation over podium finishes.
The afternoon runs 3pm to 6.30pm at HomeTeamNS at Bedok Reservoir, so you can clock your distance and still have the evening free. Pick the 4K if you're easing back in, the 8K if you want something to train towards, or gather three others if the relay is more your speed.
