Matilda 1 RN Elastic Resistance Band Exercise Trial Class

A resistance band trial class lands at Matilda 1 Residents' Network on Thursday 15 Oct 2026, running 10am to 11am. Elastic bands, one hour, a neighbourhood setting — the sort of session that lives or dies on whether the format clicks with you.

Because it is billed as a trial, it is a single session rather than a block of classes you pay upfront for and then dread. The Thursday morning slot finishes at 11am, leaving the rest of the day open. It is run at a Residents' Network, so expect a community-room setup rather than a commercial gym floor.
