A hands-on morning at Central Library for the 50-and-up: set up the NLB Mobile app and learn how to borrow books in digital form.
Central Library is running a session for seniors aged 50 and above on getting to grips with the library's digital side. The programme covers the initial setup of the NLB Mobile App, then moves on to borrowing books in digital form — the two bits that tend to trip people up first. It is conducted in English.
It happens on Friday 16 Oct 2026, from 10.30am to 12pm, in Programme Room 3 at Basement 1 of the National Library Building. The session is open to those 50 and over, and if you have been meaning to get your reading onto a screen without the fuss, this is the slot for it.
