If you're an adult with ADHD, autism, both (AuDHD), or still figuring out your neurotype, this meetup at Harbourfront Library is a space to connect with others who get it. The theme — 'Compassion, Connection & Community' — sets the tone for an evening of understanding and shared experience.
It all happens on Thursday 10 September, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, at the Programme Zone 2 (Level 3) of Harbourfront Library. The event is in English and open specifically to adults aged 36-49, including persons with disabilities.
